How are orders shipped?

We ship most orders via complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping within the US.  The estimated shipping timelines and fees are listed below. (Keep in mind shipping timelines will vary depending on the postal code!)

Does Monnica ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Once you have added the item(s) you would like to purchase to your online shopping cart, you will have the option at checkout to select a shipping method to your location. All shipping options with corresponding shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE FedEx 2 Day shipping for all US orders! International shipping options: FedEx International ($35) - 4-6 Business Days, DHL International ($55) - 2-4 Business Days. Additionally, orders shipping outside of the United States might be subject to customs and duty charges.

Do you restring at Pearl Paradise?

Yes, we can restring your pearls! The fee associated with this service will be based on the length of your item and original point of purchase. To have your pearls restrung, please follow these steps: Click here and complete the repair form. Ship the package to us with a tracking number via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Protect your shipment by ensuring the item you are returning is well-padded to avoid damage during transit.

How to get item(s) repaired?

We will do our best to help you with your desired repair! To do so, we would request more information about your item. We'd ask you to please send us clear images of the item with detailed notes regarding the repair requested so that we can determine how we can help and assist you through the next steps in processing your request.

Do you appraise or buy pearls from clients?

While we do not offer appraisal services for pearls that haven’t been sourced by us, we do have a helpful resource to share with you. This forum provides a great option for getting your pearls appraised. Pearl-Guide allows pearl lovers all across the world to share information with each other, from buying to selling and/or appraising. You can post photos of pearls, ask questions and get help from other knowledgeable individuals that have an interest in pearls.

We do have a showroom in Los Angeles! Showroom visits are by appointment only made in advance. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please send an email over to support@pearlparadise.com

Can you match my pearls?

We are happy to work with you on matching your pearls! Please submit a request by clicking here.  Do make sure to keep a copy of your shipment’s tracking number for your records. Once we receive your item in our vault, we will review our inventory to confirm if a match can be made. We will contact you to provide an update as soon as possible, and will let you know if one of our designers has confirmed a match.

Custom Orders
Do you size rings?

We are happy to let you know that yes, we can customize the size of your ring.  Most of our rings are now offered in sizes 4 – 10. There are some "Last Chance" rings that are available only in the size(s) listed. For an additional fee, we can custom size these rings as well. If the ring size you would like is unavailable on the website, please reach out to support@pearlparadise.com and we’d be happy to help!

Do you make custom jewelry?

We will do our best to make your vision a reality! In order to help you, we will need to collect a few more details from you.
